Waterfields, an Estate Agency in Sandhurst, had been building a reputation for over 10 years on the high street but the brand was showing signs of ageing. Retrograffica were approached to modernise the brand and give it an image that would be in keeping with the quality of the properties in their portfolio.

After taking the old, fairly bright green, back to a racing green and then knocking the loud yellow back to a much more modern, and palatable, cream/off-white/magnolia (delete as appropriate) we then rolled the new look across all marketing communications from corporate stationery and literature to print advertising, in-store and for sale signage boards, vehicle livery and website design.
